DO YOU BELIEVE IN UFOs?
An unprecedented number have been seen in NZ skies over recent years. World-wide UFO sightings and reports abound on the internet, and Astronauts testify to their existence.

ANCIENT UFOs
Since the dawn of humanity’s history, there have been common myths and legends of UFOs, seen as flying carpets in ancient Arabia, with Biblical figures such as the prophet Elijah taken to heaven in a chariot of fire, the Star of Bethlehem at the birth of Jesus guiding The Magi and magical flying machines, called Vimanas, of ancient India and China.

MODERN UFOs
Today, an unprecedented number of UFOs have been sighted 24/7 across the world.  Why are they here? Where do they come from? What is their mission? Do they herald a global spiritual awakening? Are they here to help Planet Earth at this turning point in human history? What is Earth’s future and destiny? Is there hope for us?

ALL WELCOME
We have spoken publicly about UFOs and Their Spiritual Mission for several years. Come and enjoy an evening of inspiring dialogue and a colourful multi-media presentation about this amazing global phenomena, and its spiritual connection to Planet Earth.

There is a tangible vibe about the quality of a city, indicative of the people who live within it who can influence the energy of the city by their mere presence, daily thoughts, creative work and positive actions. The collective stream of energy flows into the ethers and translates into a vibrant hub of external manifestation within the richness and beauty of multi-cultural endeavours and the varied forms of art. Many would call this artistic mani-fest an energy of Soul Expression where the quality of joy, play, beauty, unity and celebration take tangible form, touching the hearts and souls of those who bear witness to the outpouring, and are influenced by it in thought, word or deed.

This collective artistic approach is no longer confined within the walls of city galleries, indoor stages or cloistered venues, but flows out in the summer months into the city streets as Community Festivals, where thousands of people from near and far, gather to celebrate and share freely the bounty of artistic Soul Expression.

Street festivals continue for weeks throughout the regions, in towns, suburbs, domains which collectively form the vibrant pulsating energy that streams into the very heart of the city in which we live, love and have our Being. A beautiful dance of creation and aliveness, a visual feast of sound and colour, which nourishes and energises our very Souls with its potency, beauty and grace.

HOW Dance

The reality of the Soul remains a mystery in our mundane, materialistic, physical world and is yet to be given a place of shared acceptance within our collective main-stream consciousness. Meanwhile, the Soul makes itself known and felt through the sound of music, movement and dance, the stroke of paint and brush, the flourish of a pen, creative inventions and breakthroughs in health, science, education, politics and economics – wherever there’s a field of creative human endeavour for the common good and beneficence – the Soul takes form.

The quality of the Soul is Love – unconditional, magnanimous, inclusive, unifying love – for all humanity and for all the Kingdoms of Nature which underlies the magnificent process of creation on Planet Earth, our home. Soul Love, the essence of who we are, unites us in the creative dance of Life and Death. It recognises the sub-human forms which make up the nature kingdoms – the mineral, plant, animal world from whence we come and without which we cannot survive as a human species. Those below are nourished by those above, and vice versa, and the ancient Hermetic maxim – As Above, So Below – is a truism which resounds throughout the physical and cosmic realms. As custodians of the lesser kingdoms, the actions of the human kingdom, for good or ill, is absolutely vital to the future well-being of our planet for generations and aeons to come.

Soul cities recognise this, and form groups of actively engaged citizenry who beat the drums of peace, and march for justice, freedom and equality for all creation, whether human or animal rights, or the environmental salvaging and restoration of Mother Earth. The onslaught of climate change and global warming sound the alarm bells, alerting us to our planet’s temperature on the barometer which has reached fever pitch. Mother Nature is dangerously ill and needs our help and wise ministrations – urgently!

Governments of the day must take heed, listen to the counsel of its people and to the wisdom of that great Soul, Abraham Lincoln who famously said, “I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet national crises. The great point is to bring them the real facts.” Soul cities hear the warning drums and rise to the clarion call to Save Our Planet. Time is fast running out and “Decade Zero” is here.

On we march to the call that is loud and clear to so many of us while governments of the day fudge, folly, fumble and play deaf in addressing the urgency of the times. Many there are among us who understand the two main triggers which will lay desolate our beautiful planetary home – the threat of nuclear war and the onslaught of climate change rapidly imperilling our eco-systems. Desertification of our rain forests, the lungs of Mother Earth, the toxic fall-out from nuclear pollution, also known as the ‘Invisible Peril’ now permeating the air, water and soil, is found in every body of water, tract of land, and in the ethers. It is destructive to our subtle bodies and cannot be seen with physical eyes – therefore it cannot be measured causatively, aside from the physical effect of its devastation through common diseases which have multiplied ten-fold, including many types of cancer, Alzheimers and congenital deformities of babies born near nuclear fall-out locations – Chernobyl being one of many.

What does the future hold for Planet Earth our Home? There are many wise voices raised to warn us of the urgency of the times and to act now in curtailing further disasters befalling our world as we move closer to the abyss. There is still time to heed Mother Nature’s call as she warns us through the catastrophic fury of natural disasters that play havoc across the planet. It has been postulated that 80% of climate change is due to human activity through pollution, desertification, intensive unnatural farming of both crops and animals, reliance on fossil fuels and so the list goes on. It’s up to individuals, groups, communities, towns, cities, nations to collectively bring the Will to Action and hold their governments to account – especially those who are bribed and paid ‘blood money’ at the behest of powerful greedy corporations, to the detriment of collective humanity and the Kingdoms of Nature.  Is your city an active Peace City with informed engaged citizens? Does it have Soul?

Wellington is a Peace City. It’s also a Soul City and the capital of New Zealand. The statue of Gandhi stands proudly at the entrance to its Wellington Railway Station – symbolic of Gandhi’s numerous travels by train. Lonely Planet named it the coolest little capital in the world! It’s the seat of the NZ government with an unique Beehive Building; it’s the home of the Royal NZ Ballet, National Symphony Orchestra, the National Museum of Te Papa, the World of Wearable Arts (WOW), Fringe and Film Festivals, the sporting Rugby Sevens, the Hall of Memories, The Tomb of the Unknown Warrior and the Carillion – a large bell like instrument. The Hall of Memories consists of six small chapels each of which represent a branch of New Zealand’s armed forces. The Carillion is the third largest of its kind in the world and the only Carillion in New Zealand.

Wellington is also home to many of New Zealand’s cultural creatives – artists, writers, poets, musicians, sports people, actors and the famed film director, Sir Peter Jackson, winner of 11 Academy Awards for The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. He’s a friend of James Cameron, of The Titanic and Avatar fame. They’ve purchased sprawling properties in the Wairarapa, a scenic rural area close to Wellington city. The Cafe scene in Wellington is phenomenal and the totality of the hospitality industry – a ‘mini New York’ cafe scenario. The geography is amazing, from a blue nuclear-free harbour, to luscious green valleys and up into the craggy majestic mountain tops overlooking the city. The multi-cultural vibe and spiritual energy wraps itself around the strong vibrant heart of the coolest little capital in the world with its warm friendly people – a must see Soul City – on your journey around our beautiful Lonely Planet!

EMPATHY IS A QUALITY OF CHARACTER THAT CAN CHANGE THE WORLD

In Nonviolent Communication (NVC) we learn to understand Empathy as the capacity to be fully present with another, accompanying them as they experience and/or express what’s alive for them in a given moment.  We learn the skill of being in spacious, non-judgemental presence as we listen with an open heart and open mind.

Date: Sunday 13 November 2016
Time: 2pm-6pm
Venue: see below

The Power of Empathy:
Empathy is at the very heart of NVC and Compassionate Communication.  It is a profound and total listening, neutral and deep, that does not look to influence the other or the quality of what is being said.  It is being fully present in the moment and listening deeply to the real needs of the person speaking.  While our usual habit is to listen from a place of judgement and evaluation, developing EMPATHY and SELF-EMPATHY skills brings us to a place of connection and harmony within ourselves and others.  This workshop will help move us towards a new way of thinking and being, that brings healing compassionate connection into our life, through the Power of Empathy.

What is Self-Empathy?
In Self-Empathy we practice the basic skills of NVC (Observation, Feelings, Needs and Requests) within ourselves silently.  We pay attention to what’s going on within, what thoughts and stories are running in our minds, the bodily sensations we are experiencing, and what we notice ourselves doing and saying and the ‘stories’ we tell ourselves.

ANGELS & MIRACLES: Toward A New Age of Unity & Synthesis

Do You Believe in Angels? Do You Believe in Miracles?

Miracles have been occurring in increasing numbers in the last three decades. Share International connects these miracles to a bigger story: the emergence of a group of spiritual teachers at this critical time.

At their head is Maitreya, the World Teacher. Expected by all religious groups under different names, he comes not as a religious teacher, but as an educator in the broadest sense, for people of all faiths and those of none. His mission is to bring the nations together in brotherhood, and to inspire the creation of a new civilization based on justice, sharing and world peace.

The dawning of the New Age of Unity and Synthesis is upon us. With Maitreya and his group working openly in the world, offering their guidance and teachings, humanity is assured not only of survival but of the creation of a brilliant new civilization.

Come and share our Message of Hope.

Transforming Depression, Anger, Guilt & Shame

Do You Play the Blame Game of Who’s Right and Who’s Wrong?

Date: Sunday 20 November 2016
Time: 2pm-6pm
Venue: see below

Depression, Anger, Guilt, Shame  (DAGS) are caused by moralistic judgements or what we call Life-alienated thinking in Compassionate Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

We direct our Anger outward by blaming others, and direct it inward by blaming ourselves, which results in the arrival of its first cousins – Guilt, Shame and Depression.

Anger tells us we think the ‘bad person’ is somebody else.
Guilt, Shame and Depression tell us we think we are the ‘bad person’.

These are the feelings that result from Life-alienated thinking, moralistic judgements and the ‘domination’ and ‘power over’ systems we live in every day of our lives, in our homes, schools and workplaces. They lead to a culture of violence and bullying, adversely affecting others, or self-harm towards ourselves.

In NVC we call Depression, Anger, Guilt, Shame important alarms which let us know we are disconnected to our needs, values and what matters deeply to us.

What Will You Experience at this Mini-Workshop?
1) Life-serving vs Life-alienating communication
2) Unpacking the language of Depression, Anger, Guilt, Shame (DAGS)
3) Acknowledge without resistance the painful feelings of unmet needs and the ‘Jackal Show’
4) Recognize that DAGS do not arise because of another’s words or behaviour
5) Find the ‘gift’ beneath the Anger and transform it into Life-serving energy to ‘make life more wonderful’
6) Shift your thinking patterns and self-talk that lead to Guilt, Shame and Depression
7) Learn to Mourn the ‘sweet pain’ of unmet needs, painful relationships and to make requests of yourself and others
8) Experiential DAGS Dance on the ‘Flower of Life’
9) Role Playing yourself and those with whom you have an ‘Enemy Image’
10) Build your EQ Literacy with Empathy, Self-Compassion, Gratitude and Appreciation

Explore possible entrenched causative effects and triggers, self-judgements and fear. Learn to mourn and celebrate. Process clarity through the expression of feelings and needs, authenticity and vulnerability. Build gradual understanding and personal transformation, through self-empathy, self-connection, self-acceptance and radical self-compassion.

NVC supports connection with oneself and others so everyone’s needs are equally valued. This allows people to create strategies and meaningful solutions that resolve issues and create thriving relationships in all aspects of life. Using NVC Empathy tools, participants will learn how to transform everyday blame, shame, and critical expression into interactions that focus on mutual human needs. People who practice NVC have found greater authenticity in their communication, increased understanding, deeper connection and satisfying conflict resolution.

Pre-requisite:
If you have attended a NVC Foundation training or The Power of Empathy workshops, and read, studied, watched videos and practised NVC, then this would be helpful to enrich your experience. If you are a “natural giraffe” and/or think you can gain meaningful insights into the NVC Empathy process at work, you’re very welcome to join us. There is learning to be gained at every level, as an observer or participant, and no one is ever turned away.

Stellarnauts

Stellarnaut #2

How do I paint words in your true colours
The seven dimensional you
On landscapes of my Heart
Gently caressing my mind

Shall I sit amid etheric webs
In timeless pulsation
Threading strands to your heart-beat
Weaving auric rainbows
To radiate as One

Or ascend summits in alpine crispness
Breathless and windswept
Majestically grounded
From heights of grandeur

Or zoom across night skies
On a zillion stars
Cosmic Stellarnauts in far flung worlds
To seek to find to shine

To scale the seven planes
To turn the seven keys
Lifetime after lifetime
Until we knowingly pass
This way before

Unravelling silver threads
Woven in timeless unity
The me in you
The you in me
Astride the vault of heaven

With fiery hearts ablaze
Cosmic twins unite
In kissfull bliss

Instructions for the Trinity Union Church venue:
Pedestrian and car access through Hall Avenue (off Hall Street) just up the road from Pita Pit, across the road from Newtown School, next block down from Wellington Hospital going south.  You’ll see “Hall Avenue” clearly marked with a white signpost.  The church is located in a back section. Plenty of free parks. If you’re catching a bus from the city, get off at the Wellington Hospital bus stop and walk to Hall Street – Hall Avenue is off that.
